Technology creates more value when more people can participate in it.
Leadership extends beyond client work. This is the part focused on access: to skills, to networks, and to the technology required to take part in the modern economy.
Technology advisory
I participate in initiatives that connect technology with schools, economic development, local business, and government, including advisory work with Decide DeKalb. The aim is practical: help public and community organizations make technology decisions with the same rigor a well-run company would.
Workforce development
Increase access to the skills, networks, and technology required to participate in the modern economy. Coding classes alone are not enough; people also need exposure to how technology is built, who builds it, and where the opportunities are.
Student AI programs
Workshops that teach students what AI tools actually do, where they fail, and how to use them responsibly, alongside conversations with educators about classroom use and privacy.
How the workshops workMentorship, panels, and events
Mentoring early-career technologists and founders, and showing up on panels and at community events where technology and opportunity meet.

Why this matters to me
Access to technology decided a lot about my own path. The programs above exist so that fewer people have to get lucky to find theirs.
